You will not have a warranty with these lenses but the amount that I have saved could pay for countless repairs. https://www.markschoenfelt.com/

It’s one of the best ways to break the Ice and get comfortable with the Photographer before the Wedding Day!

I almost always go the used/refurbished route. I am a Canon shooter and always go back to the source. 90% of my gear is purchased factory refurbished through Canon.

The product is restored to like new condition, plus there is the 1 year warranty that comes standard. The best benefit, the cost savings.

I agree 100%, especially about the a6000. It’s the camera I always recommend to beginners.

I recommend NOT being in a hurry to get to interchangeable lenses…..then NOT being a hurry to get to full frame….then NOT being a hurry to own EVERY lens, but rather work 2 great lenses for now, then rotate to something different down the road.

Buy less expensive bodies…today it’s so easy, we have so many great cameras…..the a6000 is usually $398 US now…

There is no risk of debt with Photo Id? like there are with some of the other options requiring a credit card. Photo Id? has discounts at camera stores in many places, all of which are independently owned. https://photoido.com

Most of the time you probably don’t need the latest and greatest body for your camera. But if you do need some gear, I totally agree with all these tips, especially the refurbished if you can find a reliable refurbisher.
